Science diplomacy promotes the integration of science and foreign policy, using knowledge and international cooperation as instruments to strengthen bilateral relations and address global challenges.  SPOT Nordic positions itself at this intersection through:

  • Promoting the visibility of Portuguese science in the Nordic countries;

  • Supporting the creation of international consortia, mobility programmes, and funding applications.
