FCT Mobility
SPOT Nordic and the Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT) present the FCT Mobility program. This initiative, promoted by SPOT Nordic as an institutional partner of the FCT, aims to promote the mobility of Portuguese researchers and PhD holders in international institutions. It also aims to attract foreign researchers and PhD holders to conduct research at Portuguese institutions.
SPOT Nordic supports FCT (Foundation for technology and science) in promoting the FCT Mobility program. This initiative promotes international mobility among researchers/PhD students and institutions.
There are two possible formats to benefit from financing:
Outgoing: Portuguese researchers undertaking stays (2–11 months) in foreign institutions.
Incoming: welcoming foreign researchers for stays (1–3 months) in Portugal.
Applications are open from November 7, 2024, to December 31, 2025 (or until the budget is exhausted). This initiative has a total funding of €5 million, with the potential to receive €27,027 in mobility support.
