SPOT Nordic will hold on December 7, Saturday, at 10am (CET), the General Assembly (AG), which consists of the annual meeting where a balance sheet of 2023-2024 will be made and presented the initiatives planned for 2025-2026.
On the 7th of December, SPOT Nordic invites all interested parties to participate in the AG.
The GA will be online at 10am (CET) and will last for 2 hours. At this meeting they will have the opportunity as members to know the plan of activities foreseen for the next mandate, as well as to follow in detail the activities carried out during the last term.
The agenda for the session is:
1 - Presentation and vote of the Activity Report - 2023-2024
2 - Presentation and vote on the Annual Report - 2023-2024
3 - Presentation of the Business Plan - 2025-2026
4 - Presentation of the Budget - 2025 - 2026
5 - Presentation of the Board and vote on item 3, 4 and 5
6 - Other Subjects
