New SPOT Nordic representative in Sweden

We are delighted to announce Ana Catarina Araújo as the new National Representative of SPOT Nordic in Sweden.

With extensive experience in MedTech startups and medical devices, and holding a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of Lisbon and the University of Milan, Ana Catarina is professionally recognized for her commitment to product quality in this specialized field.

With a strong background in the industrial sector, she has a proven track record in the development and commercialization of medical devices, as well as in the implementation of quality management systems. Ana stands out for her leadership in R&D initiatives and for fostering innovation. With a product- and patient-centered approach, she consistently ensures compliance and excellence at every stage of the development process, project management, and company growth, offering strategic guidance to companies seeking success in product development, regulatory compliance, and market entry.

At SPOT Nordic, Ana will not only represent the organization in Sweden, but will also lead the project “From Science to Industry”, which aims to transform scientific research ideas into viable business models.
