About SPOT Nordic
Founded in January 2020 at the Residence of the Embassy of Portugal in Denmark, SPOT Nordic emerged from the initiative of Portuguese researchers and graduate professionals living in the Nordic countries. With the aim of representing and defending the interests of a highly qualified community, the association also acts as a bridge to strengthen relations between Portugal and the Nordic countries.
Mission and Goals:
Representation: Defend the interests of Portuguese researchers and professionals in the Nordic countries, promoting their integration and visibility.
Growth: Strengthen ties with Portugal and promote the influence of the Portuguese community in the region.
Promotion: Stimulating scientific diplomacy, creating connections between academics, graduates and Portuguese and Nordic institutions.
We appreciate the trust and support of all members. We invite the community to follow our activities and actively participate in this new cycle, contributing to strengthen the network of Portuguese professionals and researchers in northern Europe.
Together, we will continue to promote excellence, collaboration and scientific diplomacy between Portugal and the Nordic countries.
