Bolsa Nordic 2025 Results Announcement

SPOT Nordic is delighted to announce the results of the 2025 edition of the "Bolsa Nordic". Following a highly competitive selection process, which saw high-quality applications, we are pleased to announce the names of the researchers selected for this edition. "Bolsa Nordic" was created with the aim of promoting scientific collaboration between Portugal and the Nordic countries, providing Portuguese researchers the opportunity to undertake research visits to prestigious institutions in Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden.

Selected Researchers

The researchers selected for the Nordic Fellowship 2025 are:

1. Andreia Granja - University of Porto (Portugal) and UiT The Arctic University of Norway (Norway). Project: Exploring sustainable alternative skin models for the preclinical testing of skin-mimetic cubosomes
   

2. João Jacinto - iBET - Instituto de Biologia Experimental e Tecnológica (Portugal) and Karolinska Institutet (Sweden). Project: Integrated Continuous Bioprocessing of hiPSC-NK and derived EV to advance cancer immunotherapy
   

These researchers will receive financial support of €6,000 each to undertake research visits lasting between 2 and 6 months in the Nordic countries. The selected projects stood out for their scientific relevance, quality and potential impact for both the researchers and the institutions involved.
